This
is an easy method to attach those removable canopies for battery or
on/off switch access.

I
use a little screw-eye. Simply twist it 1/4 turn and the canopy is
attached. Reverse 1/4 turn and off comes the canopy. I CA a piece of
1/64" ply inside the canopy to strengthen the area then I cut a small
slot
across the canopy. Install a dowel or other locating device at the front of
the canopy to engage the 'cockpit' opening.
